Las mañanas no es el momento favorito de muchas personas, pero para hacerlo más llevadero, el psicólogo musical David M. Greenberg de la Universidad de Cambridge, en Reino Unido, seleccionó algunas canciones que te motivan a comenzar con el pie derecho.
El estudio señala que las letras positivas y ritmos que van en progresión ascendente sin demasiada energía al inicio nos ayudan a comenzar el día de la mejor manera. "La ciencia demuestra que la música nos afecta en todo tipo de formas, incluyendo emocionalmente, fisiológicamente, y también a nuestro cerebro", señala Greenberg.
